Holy Train!

I think a little train on a dress can be lovely, especially as the bride is walking down the aisle and standing at the top saying her vows.  But, how about a 2 mile long train??

On Tuesday, Andree Salon (a Romanian design house) unveiled their couture wedding dress with a 1.85 mile-long train.  This French lace train took ten seamstresses one hundred days to create.

To show off the gown, they dangled the train from a hot air balloon.

This train broke the Guinness World Record!

A Little Something ~ #52

Apparently I'm all about the mismatch lately (check out last Monday's post).

Today's {A Little Something} is a Marie Antoinette style cake.  Each layer is a different color or pattern but it still all goes together perfectly.

Love it!

A Little Something ~ #51

How do you guys feel about mismatched chairs at your wedding reception?  I am thinking when done right, it's an absolute yes.

I love how they found tons of vintage chairs that go together yet are completely different.  It's the perfect kind of mismatch!
